So basically the “hidden” element needs to be in it’s own row, that’s all? Dam. You should think about simple documentation for this, I think a lot of people might get stumped on that like I did. You would probably cut down on the forum requests. Anyway, thanks for the help.

That is what I am telling you, the background is there, see the attached screen. When I add the DHVC shortcode it gets eliminated, when I take the shortcode out or add another form shortcode it works.
I will enable the DHVC form so you can troubleshoot the error, however please refer to the screenshot above to see what it should look like. Or you can refer to this page, which has the exact same layout, but is using VFB for the form.

I know this was resolved since they went in a different direction, however I am trying to use the Forms plugin with the VC Ultimate Addons too with a background image in the row and when I put the form in the image disappears. Was there any other resolution for this?
