Thank you for checking up my form. Actually you’re right, it seems like everything works well now. The problem was at Form Options> General> Method. It was set up as ‘get’ before, and changing it to ‘post’ solved the attachment problem.
It would be great, if you add little comments to each point of the Form Options. It would give your new customers more information on how to set up this great plugin, and probably give you, personally more free time!=)

Thank you for reply. Actually there were’40’ in both cases, though adding ‘px’ helped to solve the issue. It’s quite weird, but ’40px’ instead just ’40’ works well. Thank you for your help.
And I have another issue: It stopped to attach files even though in the beginning it worked fine… I guess trying to solve the first issue I’ve changed something wrong way. Any ideas appreciated.
