You are correct. I’ve investigated and the issue is down to a security plugin we have installed called ‘Hide my WP’.

Memory limit has been increased, but why does this plugin require so much more of the PHP memory than all my other plugins (c. 15) combined?
I’ve had to delete the linked file for security reasons and I can’t edit the original post.
