With the ‘Use HTML content type’ setting turned on, I’m able to add some HTML. However, the [form_body] elements run together in a single line and don’t have line breaks. But I worked around it by removing the [form_body] tag and adding each individual form name one by one. That did the trick.
I am all set actually. I went ahead and customized my own message and used the data tags from the form fields themselves. It allowed me to do some additional formatting which worked great.
