Visual mode note working in page edit

Hi
when i open any page in edit mode the it shows only text mode, even after clicking on visual mode nothing happen. also wpbakery icon is missing. screen short is attached.
Please let me know how to solve this issue for I am unable to edit pages of my clients website.
