Visual Composer works halfway

Hi,

I have a problem with Visual Composer:
– if I use the Backend Editor, it shows nothing, as if the page were empty (but if I use Classic Mode, I see the code);
– if I use the Frontend Editor, the product categories grid works halfway and I can’t delete categories from the grid, just add.

Right now I’m making the changes from the Classic Mode, but who will manage the site is not able to do it and would prefer to use a Visual Composer that works.

Do you have any idea why it happens?
Can you help me?
