Variable Product / Stock Quantity

Hi,
I have following issue:

I do have a product (dress), which comes with different finishing (different color of apron) and in different sizes. The first choice (color of apron) should be always available, here is a gallery with pics linked. The second choice (dress size) should be available as per product stock management.

Actually, its seems a quite simple set-up step and I tried different settings, however just can’t make it.
