I have a problem when clicking on the fields (phone, detail request, captcha) causes the field below to move up. If you go to this site http://www.trilogymentors.com/faq/ and click on “Request a Mentor” you will see the example. Also, how can I get the submit button to use the theme default when hovering. Any help would be appreicated.
