Unable to edit Products on using WPBakery Builder

I recently purchased this plugin for a customer website. However, after installing the plugin – i am not able to edit any individual woocommerce product.

There is no option to select frontend/backend editor on the product page, and when i try to access through quick edit – there is no option for ‘Edit with WPBakery Page Builder’.

I need to be able to use WPBakery to edit individual product pages.

Can you please help with this ASAP
