Translate DMCS Theme

Hi,

i would like to translate the whole DMCS Theme into German with the Plugin “Loco Tranlate”
But i get the message:

Partially configured bundle

This bundle’s configuration has been automatically detected, but isn’t fully complete.

No translation template for the “dmcs” text domain
2 files can’t be matched to a known set of strings

The language files are missing. What i have to do to add a new language?
