Theme Update

Hi, it might sound dumb but I have an issue regarding the theme update. I don’t really know how to code so maybe it has something to do with that.

I work on local by flywheel

Since I updated woocomerce to Version 3.3.0, the header of my site became black and i can’t change it. And this message appeared :

Does it have something to do with the header ? What should I do exactly since the theme doesn’t seems to auto update.. ? I work on Mac High Sierra 10.13.1
