Theme not mobile-friendly

Hi,

I have got the below issues as shown in Google Search Console:
1) Text too small to read
2) Clickable elements too close together

I tried afew ways making the texts larger, but still have the above issues.

Google FAQs suggest to check with theme developer whether the theme is mobile-friendly and to improve on the theme.

Any comments guys?
