Theme element doesn’t work in custom page

Hi,

I’m working with WP BAKERY, theme is Salient, both are up-to-date.
I just both your plugin, and almost the first theme element I add into the ‘product template’ doesn’t work like it should.

If I add that element into the homepage, it does work, so it needs to be caused by your plugin, I believe.

We are using a placeholder, so I can’t show you the page. But we also used the element in another website, so maybe you can inspect the element on that page; https://www.arcocavent.com/onze-zorg/ at the bottom of the page, the 3 tab options.

Please help me. If you need any more details, let me know.
