Hello. We just purchased this plugin and really are not seeing much of any difference to the WP options. Just “brand” is showing. Is there supporting documentation? If so where?
More importantly is visual composer required? When we read the description the site says works “with” visual composer. With implies along side but not required. However the lack of changes noted above is making us wonder.
If so please advise how to initiate a refund.
We wanted a fast solution that required only one aspect of the plugin. In the time its taking to find docs and ask the questions here then get answers we could have just customized the feature ourselves. Either way, Visual Composer is not wanted nor is a mandatory secondary purchase. Please advise
