'Submit' button doesn't show it's name/successful sent message never shows up.

Hi there,
It seems that any buttons in my form are not showing their names, and ‘successful submit’ message never shows up. I’m also wondering why Envato market states current version 1.3.16 and I have 1.3.17…?
Any help is really appreciated.
