Sub-menu’s drop down is missing on desktop

As title, when setting child menu under menu in
Appearence -> Menu -> Menu structure
The child menu(sub-menu) drops down can be successfully viewed on mobile when clicks, but can’t be viewed on desktop

Also, “Slider Revolution” requests a new version(6.6.7) and keep asking for new purchase, do this bothers websites view experience or just ignore it is fine?
