Special Characters shown wrong after importing products

I created a page with the plugin “WooCommerce Single Product Page Builder” and after importing the products with the plugin “Woocommerce CSV Import” the special characters are shown wrong.

For example here:

ALLERGIKA®-Creme urea 5%

 

But when i do not assign the “single product page” to the product, the characters are show right. For example here:

ALLERGIKA®-Softhandcreme

 

I already tried to switch off the UTF-8 encoding in the wp-config-file, but that ruined the characters on all other places.

What do i need to change on the template, that the characters are shown up right?
