Sidebar not working

Hello, is about the WooCommerce Single Product Page Builder. The sidebar doesn’t work with the Xstore 8theme. This is the product:

All the theme options are correct; if I don’t use the template of the plugin, I see the sidebar, but If I select the template, there isn´t sidebar. Thanks
