Show more or other infos on the entries-page in Backend

Hi There,

I’ve bought your Plugin DHVC-Form and it works ABSOLUT PREFECTLY and EASY TO USE!!!

My Question is, if you (or I) can change the Display in/of the Entry-Page?!

I would like the Entry-Page to look like the Entry Page of NinjaForms.

I put an image as attachment.
“wish-to-be.png = the Entry Page of Ninja Forms

Is there a chance to do this?
Perhaps – if need to be – in a custom job ..
