URGENT – BUSINESS CRITICAL
The form we use adds the wrong sender to the emails: Which ends up in trouble supporting our clients properly.
The form settings are set so that the sender is taken from the email form field.
But as you can see here in the result it is not doing so. It puts our email as sender email.
Unfortunately our receiving application cannot handle reply-to.
