Scrollbar in lightbox of page editor does not appear

Hi,

I try to make settings within the DHVC editor in the lightbox and insert the shortcode. But I cannot scroll down or move down to reach the button. This is because there is no scrollbar showing to the right of the lightbox.

How can I fix this?
