Scroll-up breaks the layout

Using Chrome (Version 79.0.3945.130) MacOSX Mojave

If you visit that link, and scroll down, then up fast, it breaks the site. You have to scroll around up and down until it’s fixed again.

There is something wrong with the script.js file but I cannot isolate it.

Please suggest a fix.
