Schema.org issue

Hi,
I have tested our post via rich snippet testing tool and noticed a huge issue regarding single post. Article type is totally wrong and leading to incorrect Google search indexing. Furthermore, single blog post is not compatible with Seo plugin Yoast, because settings cannot be changed due to the fact that they are hardly coded into theme’s single php file. This is really big problem because breadcrumbs are colliding with the title example: homecategorybradcrumbHere is post title (see attached). Also article main entry is being not indexed properly.
This is a huge issue and there are two options:
1)Could you please fix it? I have attached screenshots of the errors
2)Please advise how to remove schema.org type article from single php at all, so that it would be compatible with seo Yoast plugin?

I would highly recommend to fix this issue as many might face the same problem later on.
