Product Order Bug

Please help!
I found a bug with order products.

I would like to change the order of products. See: http://www.freshfoodlovers.nl/menus/

I would like to have 1: starter-meal, 2 and 3: maincourse, 4 dessert

The publish-data for every starter-mail is in 2014
Publish-date for every maincourse is in 2015
every dessert in 2016

I used in the ‘menu-page’ Visual Composer – Woo Product Category
the options for order:
Products Ordering: Publish Date
Ascending of Descending: Ascending

But i doesn’t work…
