Attached is a self explanatory PDF copy of a support ticket I recently submitted to the theme support desk for a website I am currently building, together with their reply.
I am not a coder, and I do not really grasp what is required by their reply. As they suggest I contact the plugin designer (i.e. SiteSao) for further help, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a solution to the problem, or some code that I can copy and paste etc.
You may use the administrator login and pass word mentioned if you need to login to the back end of the site.
