Product Category Page Header Image

Hello,

How do I change the header image that shows on Product Category pages?

And I also want to set a Header Image like this for my Home page, where the header image is behind the logo. I chose the Header Image option in the Page settings, uploaded an image, entered a Page Title, sub heading and button link. But nothing comes out?

Please help.
