Problems with DHVC Form

Hello.
I have a problem using the DHVC Form together with WP Fastest Cache .
time to time the dhvc form stops working.

it replies the message:
{“form_id”:88,”status”:”action_failed”,”message”:”No Message”}

and if i clean the cache it will work again.

any help?
