Problem with the shopping cart and product categories

Hi, the link to remove a product of cart is not working. I would to know which is the file to add the link in the attribute href because is empty and how will be the link that i have to add there. Show you the code below and on strong and red where is the problem.

I have another problem, when the mouse is hover of a product in the category products, and show it the background colour with the buttoms “quick view” and “add to cart”. should be go to the single product when you click on any place of the background colour, like a demo, and i don´t know why is not working the link. Please, let me know what is wrong and how can i resolve it.
