Problem with category page – Enfold Theme

Good day Support team

I’ve purchased your plugin DHVC Woocommerce Products Layouts Shortcodes.
Unfortunately it seems there is a layout problem together with the Enfold Theme.

On the category page, the sidebar disappears (on the side) and get display direct under the products.

P.S. Configuration is “list view”

I guess in this topic was the same problem. But I can’t see the solution as the answer is marked as privat.
