[post_title] in Subject LIne help please

I’d like to have form submissions display the post title in the subject line. I have a form shortcode placed in a sidebar used in multiple posts. I have [post_title] assigned in the Email subject setting. See attached JPG. When I receive the email, the post title is missing from the subject line. What am I doing wrong?
