Plugin updates

Hi,
I’m using the child theme of WOOW and I have just updated to 1.1.17

Now the required plugins (Sitesao Core, Visual Composer, Rev Slider) need to be updated but they are not included in the update.

How do I update the plugins? the automatic ‘install plugins’ function does not work.
