Plugin doesnt work, get refund?

Hello!

I bought this plugin a few days ago, but I’ve wasted days trying to configure both online and offline on my hosting site and it’s still not working.

The plugin does not report any errors… I checked the server error log file (and there are no errors).

I tried a fresh install but the plugin still doesn’t work….

I have WPBakery 6.7.0 + WordPress 5.8.2 +Woocommerce 6.0.0 + PHP 7.4.26

I click on “Product Templates” and then on “Add Product Template” and the result is that the plugin simply does not allow to create any kind of option in the “Template Builder”. Check video attached is the proof.

As I don’t see any quick fixes, it seems to be a difficult plugin to work with. I forgot to read the support on codecanyon and I see many other people complaining ( your response system there is basically a “copy paste” to come here)… compared to other plugins are ready to work and no need to waste + time :-/

How can I get a refund?
