Permalink issue for product

Hi,
please check the screenshot #1, those are the defaults and are working fine.

but we want to customize the product link (for SEO reasons), like in screenshot #2.

after saving this settings the product links are set ok, but the usual wordpress pages urls do not work anymore (404) (neither checkout).

can you please investigate?
