Password reset requires too strong passwords

Hi,
please help,
it seems that the customer cannot change his password.

it requires much too complex passwords which it is not Ok.

for example, this password “Violeta12345$%” was not accepted, although it has all that requires: minimum 7 length, special chars, numbers, letters, and uppercase.

please help.
