Partial missing database entry

Hello,

I’ve created a form with 4 fields. Text field for a name. Email field for email and text field for Postal code and a submit button.

The name and email fields end up in database but the postal code data is nowhere to be found.

I’d very much appreciate some help in finding a solution to this problem.
