Page and prodoct template can't apply all products in the category

Hello,

I created 4 templates. The template I used the first parent and child category, but the products in the category not changed. I used the template in the product editor every product the product changed and working the template.

Can I import the template settings from csv?

Why not working: Support build page apply for each products or products in each categories.
