Onclik don't work

Hi,
I add onlick in my “textarea”>Attributes>
onClick=”ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘reservation’, ‘fr’);”

However it doesn’t work as I have nothing on google analytics
My goal on analytics is
category: reservation
action: fr
