Onclick problem

can you confirm that the onclick to follow conversation via the modal form is:

into “text area” > attributes
onClick=”ga(‘send’, ‘event’, ‘catalog’, ‘us’);”

then into google analytics
goal> see screen attached

I have no conversion, what’s happen if someone doesn’t file out the text area but file out other part such as: name, phone… does the conversion tracking work? or do we have to put the onclik on submit button or require field to be sure that tracking work?
