Not behaving as expected. Narrow content.

I had a product template page working as expected. After an update, I’m not sure which one, the product page using the product template squished the content in to a narrow column. This is using a Page Builder row on the Product Template page set to Stretch Row. (Which contains the “WC Single Product Description” element.)

If I set the Page Builder row on the Product Template page to Stretch Row and Content (no padding) I am able to get acceptable layouts on the product page itself by using a row within a row. However, this limits layout choices.

My question is, is this expected behavior, or a bug? In other words, should I be able to use a row set to “stretch Row” and have it behave as expected on the product page using that template, or do we HAVE to use Stretch Row and Content on the template page row?
