No Visual Composer edit buttons on new form screen.

When I click on Add Form, I thought I was supposed to see the Visual Composer Backend Editor button as shown in the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWlfk0_S9qs&feature=youtu.be.

I don’t see any Visual Composer buttons at all, but VC is installed and I use it to create regular pages all of the time.

What could be the issue?
