HUH?!? What am I missing, where is the support on how to set up a “Registration” form? I bought off of Code Canyon and read the 2 page .PDF support, but all that has is how to copy code for a form. I see no instructions on how to make a “Registration” form from scratch, and NO WHERE is it obvious on how do create it from the plugin. I see “Forms” “Entries” and “Settings” but no where does it say “Add Name” or “Add Phone” or anything like that to create a form. What am I missing?
