Multiple Form Rate fields dont work as expected

Hello,

I have a survey form with multiple form rate fields, but they dont work correctly.  If you hover over the first it can highlight all stars, then the next one works on hover, and maybe the next few.  But then if you move the pointer back up the form suddenly not all 5 stars in a group highligh, and it might be limited to 4 or 3 stars only (i haven’t clicked anything yet).  The pointer also turns into a text pointer over the stars that no longer work.

If you do click on some then others just stop working; you cannot select up to 5 stars in a group.

We are using version Version 1.4.10 which came with the theme.  If there is a newer version can it just be swapped out?
