Move site to site

Hi,

i want to move http://colegiomexicanodetrofologia.com/ to http://erandiphp.com/

I already install the theme then i tried in tools to import de XML file with the WordPress importer and a error show: the wordpress importer is not valid or not installed.

Can yo help me?
