Mondial Relay Delivery Adress Selection for Subscriptions

I use the following configuration : WooCommerce + WooCommerce Subscription + Mondial Relay plug ins

If I manage a cart with a simple product and I select a delivery point at Mondial Relay, everything works perfectly (picture 1)
If I manage a cart with a subscription product, I can select a delivery point at Mondial Relay but the Cart template shows a sub-total for subscription on which Mondial Relay Distribution point is said to be selected – Second box “Livraison Mondial Relay” (picture 2). We cannot select any distribution point at this level.
This screen is misleading for the customer.
Any idea to remove this “Subscription Sub-total” section in the cart ?
