The mini cart icon when you hover over brings up a small window with cart summary. When you double click on this icon, it takes you through to the Cart page to see any cross sells before going to Checkout Page. It is not obvious to the customer to double click the cart icon to expand the cart to full page. I would like to add a button on the mini cart pop out “Expand Cart” to make it clearer for customers. Please see attached screen shot to explain what I mean. Can you please advise where I locate this file to make these changes.
