Mega Menu with drop-down options

Hello.

I have in my web a lot of pages and sub-pages and I would like to use the Mega Menu but it stays very big.

My question is if I can combine the view of the Mega Menu with the drop down options offered by the Conventional Menu, when you place it above with the cursor.

Is this possible or should I choose between one or the other option?
