Masonry format fails (fatal error)

I’ve just bought this, and in minutes found it fails to work on 2 of my installations (1 of which is just a basic WP install, no 3rd party themes)

If I choose Masonry format, I get this:

I’ve tried installing the plugin manually (FTP), via WP (ZIP) and it fails each & everytime.

Please advise.

I don’t see a private ticket/PM, so on request I can send Admin access & a URL.
