mandatory field on mobile device

Hi all,

if the form is not completed in the Desktop brwser as Firefox etc, the page jump back to the field which have not completed.

in the mobile version ipad and iphone it isn’t the case and our customers believe that the request is executed.
Some days later we get calls as we didn’t respond to the request.

Any idea why this doesnt work on the mobile device?
