Mailchimp confirmation translation

Hi,

I have set up a DHVC Form for Mailchimp on my website and I was wondering if the message “Subscribe to Mailchimp Successfull” (in green on the screenshot) can be translated in french somehow? And if I can change the appearance (color, alignment).
