Lost Password not sending email

Hello,

I created a form using the “Lost Password” example in the DHVC Form User Guide. Everything appears correctly but after I enter the email address, it reports “Password Reset. Please check your email.” but nothing ever arrives in the Inbox.

Please assist. I have basic experience and usually figure things out by searching around, but have no success this time with this plugin.

Steps I’ve taken…

Created a new form “Lost Password” using the form code…

[vc_row][vc_column][dhvc_form_text required=”1″ control_label=”Please enter your email address” control_name=”user_login” placeholder=”Please enter your email address” help_text=”You will receive a link to create a new password via email.”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Under Form Options I set the “use form action” to “FORGOTTEN”

Everything else left as default.

I then created a new page “Forgotten Password” and used the Form created above. Lastly, within the DHVC Form Settings I set the Form Name to “Lost Password”
